Before you write

• Use only a public wallet address for PnL lookup. Never send a seed phrase or private key.
• Remember that prompts and selected images, video, or audio are sent to the PnL proxy and downstream processors when you request generation.
• For a privacy request, say which feature you used and approximately when; do not attach secrets or unnecessary personal information.

Useful details

Include your device model, Android/iOS version, Rizzmas app version, the feature you were using, approximate time, and the exact error text. A screenshot can help, but redact wallet addresses and other information if you do not want to share them.

PnL and market data

Wallet PnL

Check that the address and selected token are correct, then try again later. The PnL proxy and its upstream data sources can be unavailable or delayed.

Market views

DexScreener and GMGN data is external market information. If only a chart or quote is missing, the provider may be the source of the problem.

Generation and media

Check the app's media permissions, use a supported file, and try a smaller request. Generation uploads the prompt and selected media to the proxy and its downstream processors; results can vary with provider availability.

Do not upload content containing private keys, passwords, identity documents, or information about another person without permission.

Ads and consent

On iOS, Google Mobile Ads and the consent flow may affect which ads appear and what device/ad information is processed. Review the in-app consent controls and your iOS settings.

Links and wallets

Rizzmas can open Phantom, DexScreener, GMGN, social networks, and other external sites. If a link does not open, try your device browser or the relevant app. External providers handle their own accounts, transactions, and support.
